Butter Chicken Recipe at Home - how to make butter chicken at home
Butter Chicken is one of my preferred Indian dishes. It is a full tasty dish that supplements the chicken well. It very well may be made as gentle or hot as you wish by changing the cayenne. you can eat butter chicken with Tawa Roti or garlic naan bread.
2. Second For Make The Gravy take a big pot and keep it on high flame and then first add some oil and some butter and when butter / oil get hot , add ginger - garlic paste and mix it well , when ginger - garlic paste get little brown , add onion into the butter and leave the onion brown for make the gravy color good and Keep stirring the onion in between
3. When onion get brown and all masala in it and stir the all masala for 3-4 Sec. after that add the tomato puree in it and mix it well , then add chicken color or food color into the gravy for butter chicken color .
4. After add all the ingredients stir the gravy for 5-10 min very well after that add cream or home made malai into the gravy and mix it well and stir the cream / malai for 5-10 Min until its fragrance spread every where.
5. Then add marinade chicken into the gravy and mix it very well , stir it continue for 10-15 Min until chicken doesn't mix well and get awesome color of butter color.
6. Now cover the butter chicken as you required and keep it on low flame . and now your butter chicken is ready,
Serve it in bowl with coriander leafs and cream.

marinate, then put hung curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder , black
pepper , lemon juice , coriander powder , garam masala , chicken
masala and mix all the masala's very well and store it in refrigerate for
30 Min.
