Hello Everyone, Today we gonna make Paneer Butter Masala 

with step by step photos. Paneer butter masala is a rich and creamy dish of Paneer (cottage cheese) in a tomato, butter and cashew sauce (known as makhani gravy).

The dish has a lovely tang coming from the tomatoes and is slightly sweet with a creamy and velvety feel to it. This recipe is an easy, quick and delicious method to make Paneer butter masala. Within minutes you can prepare this Restaurant style paneer butter masala Recipe at home.










Ingredients :-

1.    Paneer

2.    Onion

3.    Tamato

4.    Green Chili

5.    Ginger & Garlic Paste

6.    Cashew

7.    Oil

8.    Red Chili

9.    Garam Masla

10.    Laung

11.    Badi Ilachi

12.    Choti Ilachi

13.    Dalchini

14.    Salt    

15.    Amul Cream







First chopped the onion , tomato, garlic, ginger in sliced.

second take one pan and add some oil into pan, add onion on low flame and fried for few 5 Min. after 5 Min. add tomato, ginger and garlic and also add cashew for smooth taste .












Now fried all ingredients for 5 - 10 Min. after 5 - 10 Min turn off the gas. and grind the all fired veggies and make smooth mixture.




Then now turn on the gas and take a  pan and some oil and butter into the pan . butter should be more then oil .




Then let the butter heat slightly and then add some raw garam masala into the butter like laung, dalchini, kadi patta, chotti ilachi, badi ilachi and fry those raw masala for few Min. in low flame.




then add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder  and mix then very well for few SEC. on low flame. 


Then add smooth mixture into the butter and mix the mixture with all masala and butter very well. Now keep roasting the gravy for 5 - 10 Min. till the fragrance of masala get every where. 




Then add amul cream or home made cream into the gravy and mix it well and rost the gravy very well till the fragrance get every where.



Now add kasuri methi into the gravy and mix well and cover the gravy for 5 Min. for get the butter over the gravy. 

After 5 Min. add paneer cubes into the gravy and mix it well and again cover for some time . 




After some time turn off the gas and serve the Paneer Butter Masala Into the bowl with some coriander and crush of paneer and cream for garnishing !!!!
