Homemade Pizza-pizza recipe at home

Pizza recipe. This dish is great with pasta as well. The best part of this meal is that you can just grab the pizza dough and pour them into your saucepan, add all the cheese you like to it (this was a big help in keeping my heart rate down) and then cook until the dough get bake on the sides of the pan so they don't brown too much or stick together at the bottom. I added about 1 cup extra veggies for garnish but feel free if needed .

Pizza Dough at home step by step 

1.  take a little water and heat the water until the water will Luke warm and put into a bowl 

2 . add yeast into the Luke warm water 

3 spring sugar as well 
 



4. mix it gently and allow this to rest for 10 to 12 min and mixture must be will be fluffy , if mixture will not fluffy then you have to make another mixture .

5 . add flour into the mixture , you can only use wheat flour if you want then you can also use half flour and wheat flour .

6 then add olive oil 

7 . then mix the dough very well and make it bubbly and soft and keep it rest for 2 hour.







1 took a some tomato and wash it well and then boil the tomato for 5 min. 

2 after 5 min check the tomato it should be soft and the rinds should be separate from the tomato 

3 then separate the tomato rind from the tomato and blend it very well .

4 then take a sauce pan and add some oil and heat the oil

5 and add tomato puree , soya sauce , chilly sauce , black pepper . salt , chilly flacks , oregano and mix it well 

6 boil the tomato ketchup till it get thick and tasty

1 take the some dough from the entire dough and stretch the dough very well . flatten the dough / base in round shape and make the corner thick 




2 spread the sauce on the entire round dough and spread it very well 





3  add some cheese 

4 add some veggie like onion , capsicum , tomato , sweet corn 

5 add again cheese and chilly flacks , oregano over the dough 





6 the bake it in oven with convection mode 180 and for 8 to 10 Min.

7 cut into the pieces
